Atlanx Trade is the institutional evolution of Tropic Fruits — a Brazilian fresh-produce house with deep operational roots in the agricultural value chain. The discipline of moving perishables across borders became the foundation of a structured commodity trading desk.
Established as a Brazilian agricultural trading company under the legal entity TROPIC FRUITS / RENATA BENZECRY DE ARAUJO LTDA, CNPJ 46.645.002/0001-39 — building expertise in fresh-produce sourcing, certification and reefer-container logistics.
Rebranded operationally as Atlanx Trade and located within the Manaus Free Trade Zone (ZFM), securing zero-ICMS fiscal advantage. RADAR Siscomex export licence active since 14 May 2026 with unlimited export value.
Atlanx supplies oils, sugar, soybean complex, grains, protein, coffee, rice and premium fresh produce to sovereign agencies, refiners, food manufacturers and supermarket chains across four continents — every line settled under Irrevocable LC at sight, UCP 600.

Any destination not subject to OFAC, EU or UN sanctions, where a UCP 600 transaction can be established.
Atlanx operates exclusively under documentary credit. Payment is secured by the buyer's bank before cargo movement; settlement follows presentation of compliant documents.
You submit product, volume, destination and timeline. Atlanx responds with a firm CIF offer and the full documentary list.
The buyer's bank issues an Irrevocable LC at sight, freely negotiable, UCP 600, via SWIFT MT700 in favour of Atlanx Trade.
Atlanx confirms with manufacturing partners, arranges SGS inspection at loading, and ships within the agreed window.
Compliant documents are presented to the bank. The LC is settled. Cargo arrives on specification, fully documented.
Atlanx operates from the Manaus Free Trade Zone (ZFM) — a constitutionally established special economic zone overseen by SUFRAMA, the federal authority. The ZFM regime grants zero ICMS on all export operations, a structural cost advantage no Brazilian trader operating outside Amazonas can replicate.
Combined with the Atlantic-origin maritime route — outside the principal maritime conflict chokepoints — Atlanx offers a uniquely robust supply corridor for import-dependent buyers.
In commodity trading, an exposed counterparty is a lost relationship. Atlanx structures every transaction so that each party deals only with Atlanx — protecting margins, relationships and continuity for everyone involved.
Atlanx operates on a principle of total counterparty confidentiality. Suppliers are never disclosed to buyers; buyers are never disclosed to suppliers. This protects every party in the chain — and is a condition of working with us.
Both the supplier and the buyer are protected by contractual non-circumvention clauses. No third party sees the names of the other side of the table.
Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Commercial Invoice and Packing List are all issued under Atlanx Trade as exporter of record.
UCP 600 only. No SBLC, MT103, MT760, deferred-payment DLC or any instrument outside UCP 600. No advance payments accepted, in any direction.
No destinations subject to OFAC, EU or UN sanctions. Every transaction screened against international compliance frameworks before commitment.
Quality and quantity verified at the loading port by SGS or equivalent. Inspection certificate forms part of the LC documentary set on every shipment.
Public market indicators and a commodity unit converter, provided for orientation. All values are indicative references — not real-time exchange data and not an Atlanx offer.
